  • Our city auction starts at 10 a.m. prompt with all bids starting at $100
  • Please note that all sales are cash-only unless you're a dealer
  • Registration is required and begins at 9 a.m. and goes till 9:45 a.m.
  • We ask that you wait at the gate until it's opened at 10 a.m.
  • Once the gate is closed, you will not be permitted inside under any circumstances

City Auction List

We reserve the right to add or remove autos at our discretion at any time. As vehicles are released to the owner the list will be updated.

Information

  • City auctions are held on the third Thursday of each month
  • Registration starts at 9:00 a.m.
  • Prompt 10:00 a.m. start
  • Valid driver’s license is required
  • $100 entrance free (refundable at the end if you don’t purchase a vehicle)
  • Bids start at $100
  • All sales are cash ONLY unless you are a dealer

Public Auto Auction

  • Must be 18 years or older to enter the yard or purchase vehicles
  • Entry by bid card ONLY; dealer can take 1 person in with them
  • No transactions or deposit refunds until after the sale when the paperwork has been reconciled inside
  • Must have a state recyclers license or dealer license to purchase vehicles designated “Junk Only.” No title will be issued, only a Junk Certificate
  • If you don’t have the cash, don’t bid on the vehicle as all vehicles have to be paid for immediately following the auction
  • If you don’t pay immediately: you lose your deposit, the car will be re-bid to someone else, & you will not be allowed to future auctions
  • The contractor will move all vehicles out of the yard after being paid for
    • If they are not removed by Friday at 4:00 PM, storage will begin in the amount of $20/day
  • If you do not remove cars from the lot after purchase you will no longer be allowed into future sales
  • No repairs can be made on the premises (inside or outside the lot)
    • Do not touch or enter vehicles not designated for auction, you may be arrested for burglary You must much stay together in a group in close proximity to the vehicle being sold
  • Do NOT wonder off! If you do you may be asked to leave and/or be escorted from the lot
  • No talking during the auction
  • No cell phones during the auction
    • Show your card to the person at the gate you go through
  • Show your bidder card to the auctioneer when you win a bid on a car
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items
  • Dealers need to have separate checks for city and county cars
  • Unless you are a dealer, all purchases have to be done with cash only
