City of Davenport Impounds
The following items are needed at time of vehicle pickup:
The following items are needed for property releases:
- Property release form from the Davenport Police Station
- Valid driver's license and/or government issued ID
- Registered owner or person stated on the release form to be present for the release. Only the stated person will be allowed on the lot
- Nothing that is attached to the vehicle can be taken from the vehicle (tires, radio, speakers, etc.)
- If you need any proof for the police department from the vehicle you will need to get a property release prior to coming to our lot
- After hour pickups are subject to a gate fee
Scott County sheriff impounds
The following items are needed for vehicle & property releases
- Must be the registered owner as stated on the Scott County Sheriff Department's report
- Valid driver's license and/or government issued photo ID
- Nothing that is attached to the vehicle can be taken from the vehicle (radio, speakers, tires, etc.)
- If your vehicle was placed on hold for any reason you must contact the Scott County Sheriff's Department to release the hold
- After hour pickups are subject to a gate fee
